WHO WE ARE

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management representing more than 250,000 international members. Its mission is to serve the needs of HR professionals and other business leaders by providing the most essential and comprehensive resources available. Founded in 1948, SHRM currently has more than 500 affiliated chapters within the United States.

The SHRM Golden Triangle chapter is an affiliate and an active member of the Mississippi SHRM chapter. Our members include HR professionals from healthcare, banking, retail, utility, churches, manufacturing, telecommunications, colleges, employment agencies, attorneys and other private firms. It is our hope that we will be able to provide support to all HR professionals in our community, as well as other business management professionals who may not carry the HR title but may function in this role.
